The village Fleury d’Aude is situated in the Languedoc Roussillon, more precisely in the Aude department between Narbonne and Bèziers, not far from the Spanish boarder. Its a beachside village, in the the Golfe du Lion Bay. The Fleury county unites three sites that form a triangle : Fleury d’Aude, Saint-Pierre la Mer, and Les Cabanes de Fleury. The county stretches out over 5127 hectares of wild countryside and vineyards. The Pérignanais, what the inhabitants here are called enjoy over 200 days of sunshine per year. Fleury d’Aude, a winemaking village once known as Pérignan, and the others are simple to set apart from the rest due to its unique configuration. The stone houses in the ancient center of the Fleury d’Aude, the kilometers of sandy beaches in Saint-Pierre la Mer, and the picturesque fishing port in the Cabanes de Fleury at the mouth of the Aude River make this a fantastic area to discover.
All of these villages are proud to have conserved thier authenticity and their populations !
